Reports of Additional Dell Institutional Shareholders Opposing Proposed Buyout
T. Rowe Price joins Yacktman Asset Management and Pzena Investment Management in voicing opposition.
Bloomberg is reporting that T. Rowe Price has joined the chorus of dissent with respect to the proposed Dell buyout, quoting its chairman, Brian Rogers, as saying “We believe the proposed buyout does not reflect the value of Dell and we do not intend to support the offer as put forward.”
Bloomberg has also reported that the first shareholder lawsuit in opposition has been filed in Delaware.
