Aspect Software announced it is acquiring Voxeo Corporation in a $150 million merger.

Aspect is a “leading provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions.”

Voxeo is a “leading provider of hosted and on-premise Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions and a leading platform provider for Communications Enabled Business Processes.”

And they will be together in the Cloud.
